tanis mills: What I am proposing here is a kind-spirited forum for sweet people to discuss punk rock and political happenings and maybe even whatever’s on your minds. I know that political talks can become infuriating, however, I think it would be nice and refreshing to keep these talks constructive and respectable. I think it would be super rad if we could create this together and show the world that being punk isn’t just being Johnny Rotten. That being punk is helping someone up that’s fallen over in the pit at a show, and being punk is giving someone in need the shirt off your back. Being punk is a brother/sisterhood. The way I’ve experienced Punk is more of a way of life than simply a music genre. It’s helped me cope with life’s inevitable struggles and given me strength. If you could help me build this blog/zine, I would be really excited. All I’m asking for are words, thoughts and ideas. If you have more ideas to build on this, please let me know! All ideas are welcome here. It’s a zine!
